SERVICES
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Individual counseling and/or psychotherapy is a process that takes place between the psychotherapist and the client in line with the principles of confidentiality, in which the client shares many of their life problems with the therapist, gains self-awareness, and takes steps toward the solution of many problematic situations. This process consists of one-on-one face-to-face sessions between the client and the therapist.
The goals for the process are determined according to the areas where the client needs change, the topics they want to work on, and what the client needs.
The main objective is to improve clients' ability to deal with the problems they encounter in life, to activate their unused resources, to increase their psychological resilience, and to assist them in their unique path towards becoming their own therapists.
How long the process will take depends on the problems and needs of the client. Sessions are planned once a week unless otherwise required. The frequency of the sessions may vary depending on the progress and each client's needs.
